Job Requirements:
• Develop technical part replacement documentation for new and current products or update existing documents or learning objects and present for review.
• Manage incoming tickets on reports of technical issues on action plans or training.
• Work collaboratively with others and in a team environment.
• Develop or enhance technical content as required to maintain product accuracy, to cover product anomalies and exceptions. Initiate and engage in technical reviews.
• Build and Maintain technical proficiency on NetApp hardware products.
• Design or create new training strategies that meet the changing service engineer requirements.
• Work as part of a team on larger projects, or complex deliverables.
Experience:
• Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter with deliverables of high quality.
• A technical understanding of NetApp hardware technology is highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of storage technology.
• NetApp hardware experience and/or large computer field service experience a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and at least one graphics program.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects and be able to manage changes in priority.
• Experience or exposure to tools in designing Web based training content a plus.
